Looking for some genuine advice on a decent, reasonable, non-toxic workable Banking Finance team in Mumbai.

Your inputs will be of great help!

Regards
Why do you say so. Have heard good things about them. They are good paymasters.
Not even concentrated to select cities, 95% is in Mumbai which is the biggest problem
Peanuts?

It's a boutique firm and not trilegal jo 19L dega so it's obvious it'll pay peanuts but peanuts mai bhi kitna ?
Some teams work hours will make you think you are in Kota factory. If you are a workaholic, it will be your paradise.
Abort the thought of even joining it. No one. I repeat no one who has joined post covid has stayed there for more than a couple of months.

It is the same as any other tier 1 banking finance team, though they pay like tier 3.
The bill share in good teams will blow any t-1 out of the water
That’s not how the 8% is calculated.

It’s 8% of your contribution to that 3 lakh. So for eg if only 2 people worked equally on that mandate, it’ll be 8% of 1.5 lakh for each
KCO Mumbai Banking? Isn't that the most infamous one?
Heard good things in general about Zubin Mehta at SAM
AZB's Banking and finance team - Too toxic.
But NTD's and SS's team at AZB is too good. Not a banking and finance per se but they do a fair bit of structured finance
This team also happens to have other toxic people so
No it is not. It is in fact one of the best teams for B&F. Would recommend. Hope you get a partner like HW or NM, who would be great mentors.
Can assure you that you’ll have a better time working with HW or NM than ND or SS.
Manisha Shroff - KCO - best partner to work for according to my friend
dont ruin your life with MS, know someone who used to work with her team but Rajeev is a great boss.
Bombay Law Chambers has a good debt practice and I heard they are looking for people in this team
