We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

Its like asking patients what medicines they want- you might have a few who say- well that depends on the diagnosis and what the doctor recommends. Most people who will be vocal though will be addicts who want you to give them oxy/fenty without limit.
Academics in India need to gain a backbone. They live in a make believe world where there is no crisis of integrity going on. Once you spend any time among students and hear how they talk- its shocking.
I want them to forget my face immediately so I don't have to deal with the fall out of pissing them off.
(2)Must be able to control the class

I had one such professor, he used to take open book exams and hardly any student, who flunked his classes, were able to get good scores. Completely practical exams, no theoretical bullshit, no rote learning. If you understand the concept, you can write just 2 lines for 10 marks, and he will give you 10; write 10 page shit, he gives you 0.
