I'm not sure what's the reason for that. I interned in Praveen Raju's team in mumbai and received an offer, it was a great experience and the work culture in the team seems to be better than tier 1s where I interned. Plus they have offered 12 fixed and a bonus of upto 35%, bonus payout last year was also 80% according to an associate so the package is more or less what tier 1s are offering. I don't get the hate

I applied for a position at their firm. The interviewer/hr was like you don't have any experience in the xyz field. 1) why shortlist a candidate based on the CV if you want them to have experience in the given field. 2) you have one job to check whether the CV matches the criteria for a job application as stated, if not send a rejection. 3) firms like SRL don't give experience opportunities but they do expect one to have experience in it. I wouldn't be saying this if there were a lot of firms who specialise in the practice areas as they do and it's not easy to get experience in data protection, financial technology, insurance technology, etc in any local firm.
