Do lawyers from marginalized communities experience any casteism or condescending treatment? Is it safe to not reveal the social identity?

reply Casteism is a norm in district courts and even a lot of high courts. Not hidden but even blatant.

reply Very true. A judge refused me relief despite giving all findings in my favour except the last line that read 'dismissed', only because i am not from the supposed superior caste. Same judge gave full relief to lawyers from his caste despite cases were not even maintainable.

reply This may be too much. Mostly the casteism is related to the 'caste solidarity ' thingy

reply One particular Justice is known in P& H HC for giving relief to Turban Advocates. You can easily ask anyone practising there .
