One particular Justice is known in P& H HC for giving relief to Turban Advocates. You can easily ask anyone practising there .

reply Very true. A judge refused me relief despite giving all findings in my favour except the last line that read 'dismissed', only because i am not from the supposed superior caste. Same judge gave full relief to lawyers from his caste despite cases were not even maintainable.

Casteism is a norm in district courts and even a lot of high courts. Not hidden but even blatant.
