Toxic but you will get good work..they expect interns to stay till 10 pm and overnight sometimes because you cant use your laptop and will have to work on their 10000 year old PC
Not so easy. You have to intern atleast 2 times (regular internship) for becoming a trainee then 6 months as trainee. Plus a lot of graduates are already working as a trainee so not sure if they are looking for more trainees. Getting a call back if hard if you dont manage to impress a partner
