Couldnt agree more. I have the Infinia Metal. You feel that weight.
What's a credit card to choose right after graduation? How do you set the credit limit etc? I'll be earning 16L.
Check with your bank for pre-approved offers. If you don't have any, consider getting an FD-backed credit card like OneCard and building your credit history; wait for 6 months, and you'll start receiving bank offers.

The banks determine the credit limit based on their internal algorithms; banks like SBI, which has a good portfolio of cards, can be a bit stingy with their limits.

Some good banks for cards are: HDFC, AXIS and SBI.
Useful Card:

- HDFC Tata Neu Infinity Credit Card.

- Airtel Axis Credit Card (Now Devalued by Axis)

- SBI CashBack Card

Useless Card:

- OneCard Metal (Only good feature is metal and 0% Forex Charge)
Airtel Axis (for WiFi and phone)

SBI Octane (for fuel)

HDFC Infinia Metal (lounges and everything else)

If you can't get Infinia, take DCB Metal for lounges and SBI Cashback for spends
What's your PQE? Want to gauge how long it reasonably takes to get Amex Gold/MRCC/Platinum after starting as an A0 at a T1.
You can get Platinum travel with a year of credit card history at A0 pay itself
Iā€™m literally in Law School rn. Just had a good credit score.
Which cards give the following:

1. Good cash backs

2. Free luxury hotel stays

3. Free air tickets

Tks.
Any good card for frequent traveler? Something that offers offers on flights?
