Hi, which one has more professional growth after few years a CA or a Lawyer ? I am talking about average jobs in both fields. Not T1 Law firms and not Big4 CA jobs. Pls enlighten
Average jobs then probably a CA but 15 years down the line a T1 Partner makes way more money than Big4 Senior guy.
CA is for meritorious students

Law is for nepo and privileged kids
Already a Lawyer. Litigation 2 PQE. In Small city. No job. So maybe CA.

I am curious how do u know so much about the CA course content. I got to know because I purchased the books. Wbu ?
Correction suggested:-

It's 'one single paper' along with 7 more at CA IPCC level.

CA IPCC/ Intermediate is one single exam comprising of 2 groups (with each group consisting of 4 Modules, corp law being one of them)
I am sorry to burst your bubble but knowledge of these laws in an average exam is nowhere close to its relevance in toughness. Most CAs cannot research if their lives depended on it and neither are as articulate or form coherent arguments.
