Depends on what kind of CV you want to build. Each of the above is a useful experience in different ways.
Glad to see someone who has the guts to call a part time research assistant position at a IvY merely ornamental. Barring that, I have to say that full time research assistants and eminent senior advocates are always a big plus whether for corporate or public jobs.
CAM internships are frowned upon in the industry. There's a reason the same CAM interns pick the lowest paying firm in Day 0
