CAM internships are frowned upon in the industry. There's a reason the same CAM interns pick the lowest paying firm in Day 0

CAM/SAM internship is a must.

Add also Government orgs like Ministries, Parliament, RBI, SEBI etc.

Glad to see someone who has the guts to call a part time research assistant position at a IvY merely ornamental. Barring that, I have to say that full time research assistants and eminent senior advocates are always a big plus whether for corporate or public jobs.

Depends on what kind of CV you want to build. Each of the above is a useful experience in different ways.

why not try all?

1. Law firms? (Tier-1)

2. International Organisations?

3. Full-time (not part time lol) research assistants at IVY?

4. Under honourable judges and eminent senior advocates?
