I'm looking for a Senior advocate who charge 1 to 1.3 lakhs a hearing. The matter is a partition suit for a family members estate before Delhi high court. Can someone recommend an advocate? It is a very complex and detailed matter so it should be someone who is patient and will hear and understand the details of the case properly.

I am the creator of this thread. Basically, one family member has usurped all assets belinging to a deceased individual's estate. One problem with seniors is that they "overcommit". They dont show up to hearings time and time again because of multiple hearings on the same day.

How is that complex? This is the most simple partition issue that can ever be
