Preparing those stupid fucking, unnecessarily long legal opinions about the most random shit in the world is what is painful. This kind of work makes me feel so worthless sometimes. Especially real estate stuff.
In M&A or some other transactional team, at least after all the sleepless nights, once the deal closes, there is a sense of satisfaction.
