The attack has nothing to do with NUALS or the general public. It happened within a private religious event and was perpetrated by one of the members of the group itself. You all are quite safe.

Earlier, there were a lot of concerns about NUALS, Kochi's admin having stringent mandates for attendance and these students were facing issues due to attendance. Sadly, the admin is not student-friendly :( We can only hope that no further attacks are perpetrated in that area and that students' safety is not compromised.
