Who told you things are wrong at Santra Law University Nagpur? Huh? Have you been to NLU Tripura? Huh? NLU Sikkim? NLU Pondicherry? NLU Prayagraj? Before commenting, you better have visited them all!
Our visionary sir Viju received an extension, though it's as clear as a foggy night how he managed to secure it. Of course, he was able to do so thanks to his professional and academic knowledge, and his unmatched expertise in managing national law universities. He's been a maestro of NLU symphonies prior to his joining at Santra Law University. The people and student fraternity of NLUJA were so impressed with him and his contributions to NLUJA that they practically begged Santra Law University to be graced by his presence on campus. Due to his unparalleled expertise and management skills, NLUJA was blessed, and so is Santra Law University.
The Examination department and other key positions in the university have been handed over to individuals considered trustworthy and capable. After all, who can appreciate the true worth of a real 'juari' (master) better than the 'juari' himself? These folks operate at the same level of efficiency and credibility as our prof Viju, ensuring the university's smooth operation. They make sure that Santra gets smuggled to private farms from the university with ease. Among the two professors (three if we include Viju), one is an eternal ally of Viju, ensuring that all foot soldiers remain obedient and loyal to the Viju dynasty. The other is a cunning and adaptable figure who plays both sides, a dedicated pawn in Viju's grand chessboard to conquer the university's common folks.
Politics within the faculty (foot soldiers) is intense here, but don't be fooled. Last year, some professors supposedly approached the High Court judges of the Nagpur Bench, complaining about the state of affairs in the university. Just kidding, of course! They visited the HC judges, not to complain, but to convey that the work undertaken by their honorable leader Viju had helped the university reach NIRF (Santra Law University's Notable Irregular Rankings and Feats) Rank 1 and gain 6 'Ghodes' scholars within a short span of 9 years. In other NLUs, politics might kill quality legal education, but not in our Santra Law University. It's just a friendly 'nok-jhok' within a family. After all, Santra Law University is a family, led by the old guard, Viju, and his comrades, who have been together since the dawn of time.
Recently, the university faced significant issues, especially in the Examination Department, leading to a mild rebuke from the Nagpur Bench. But don't worry; it's all a hoax. You know, you can't believe anything available on Indian Kanoon. Even if a case was filed, it was swiftly withdrawn because it was obviously the students' fault. The Department of Management (DoM) is always working tirelessly to keep senior law professors in the university happy and satisfied. That's because Viju and his trusted individuals exert serious control over the uni. Those who might dare to revolt or expose administrative mistakes are more likely to lose their appointments. [By the way, did you hear about the recent change in the authority of the Assistant Registrar? They've been replaced by a trustworthy soldier of Viju.]
When it comes to appointments, nearly every faculty member here has a relative (spouse, husband, nephew, uncle) permanently employed in the university. Thank Viju's leadership for that, and his secret formula for keeping certain individuals content. To verify this, just ask any 'Nagpur ke phunters,' and they'll tell you how a relative of a senior professor in the Department of Social Science wields control over the Department of Management.
The university has masterfully avoided participating in the Notoriously Incomplete Rankings Fiasco (NIRF) to ensure public disclosures are kept to a minimum. Kudos to Professor Viju for this strategic move. You can confirm this on the university's official website, where they proudly declare their NIRF-avoidance.
Moreover, the university has already secured a 50 crore INR loan from SBI for the purpose of completing the second phase of the campus expansion. But isn't it peculiar that they're releasing tenders for furnishing the Chancellor's house and faculty housing instead of focusing on the campus expansion? Well, my dear friends, it's all part of our visionary Viju's grand plan. He's making sure he's available 24/7 to the students of Santra Law University, no matter if the library is closed for 24 hours or there's a water shortage for 3 days. Our visionary leader is commendable and selfless, always putting the needs of the students first.
