Hi, This is one concern that I have noticed with the new moderation is that the threads are not getting moderated chronologically. In some threads, there are comments awaiting moderation from 10 hours while in others, comments have been moderated which are 2 hours old. Has anyone else noticed this? If yes, then @moderators, please fix this

Moreover, some comments are just not being shown. As in, not even the fact a comment has been made but is yet to be moderated, or that it has failed moderation. It's just not there.

Exactly!! This needs immediate fixing. Moderators can't ignore certain threads and prioritise others

Really sorry for the inconvenience caused, we tend to avoid moderating comments that have the potential to be trollish or unsuitable for the platform and leave it up to the main mod to judge it. However, we're slowly and steadily realising the fine line and it won't be long before we get experienced enough to take the call :)

Whatever is going wrong, is definitely not the moderator's fault and more likely a tech or other issue... Generally comments shouldn't be disappearing though - very occasionally we will delete comments in case of duplicate comments, or spam, or completely irrelevant stuff (rather than unpublishing / unmoderating them), but generally they should be visible as unmoderated.
