There are three CM teams in CB, Viplaw, Khushali and one is a generalist team under Sanjay Buch.
The culture in the former two teams is questionable, the latter one is nicer but no hardcore CM work.
The learning is amazing, Saturdays are not off. The workload is significant. The associates are friendly, of the partner is very difficult to work with (may be subjective).
They are offering 9+variable.
They have a 3 year bond in place.
The team is VERY overworked, they do not have a senior associate. There is the partner and then directly people with 3-4 years PQE, which can sometimes make things tricky. (This is due to the attrition which is self-explanatory).
