True, Trilegal and AZB barely have any work. They are doing a few in the current IPO rush, but as the markets recede in the late 2024s, there will be huge meltdowns.
because these people have several months before graduating and everything is hunky dory before entering the vicious and corrupt (read CAM) job market of law firms.
I will advise you not to intern virtually at Tier 2 firms, as you will not be given work at all. Tier 1s usually have the corp infra to accommodate such interns, which is not true for tier 2s. Please reschedule but do not do virtual ever.
Also this field will become redundant in 4-5 years as most filings will be automated. please shift to M&A or CM or something else.
