The banking team is solid, they are market leaders in securitization by volume. If you get to work under SK, GB or NB just go ahead and take the opportunity. You can easily shift to a different firm later with your experience

Banking and finance team is definitely solid in terms of nature of work and prestige but the work culture is especially bad. I worked in 1 of the 3 teams that you mentioned above and the hours are long, expectations unreasonable, and overall toxicity even more than the tier 1 firm in currently work at

The Tier 1s usually lateral hire people in B&F if they have previously worked in WG, SNG and Juris Corp. The pay might be slightly less but you learn everything from top to bottom at these 3 places.

That's a nice thing, they teach you how bad it can be so you'll be grateful at a t-1 and sail ahead your peers there

Just look at the type of banking and finance work they do, your learning curve is going to be huge
