reply The Tier 1s usually lateral hire people in B&F if they have previously worked in WG, SNG and Juris Corp. The pay might be slightly less but you learn everything from top to bottom at these 3 places.

reply The banking team is solid, they are market leaders in securitization by volume. If you get to work under SK, GB or NB just go ahead and take the opportunity. You can easily shift to a different firm later with your experience
