Please suggest disputes team of T1 law firms hiring freshers or good disputes boutique firms? I'm from 2024 batch and cannot afford interning at places which doesn't hire freshers
Trilegal, desperately hiring freshers because experienced ones leaving
Disputes team prefer to keep fresher intake at minimum or zero because Courts is one risky area. But the thing is if you want to break into disputes I will let you in on something.CAM has a perpetually high attrition rate ans has lost many employees and partners. so desperate to onboard people its known to recruit fresher in disputes(many who have interned there but they do take non interns depending on CV and lots on contacts).Another firm open to fresher in Disputes is KCo but they are choosy and picky and its tough to crack it.
Trilegal hires freshers in disputes but frankly their training is not good
Freshers in disputes are geberally not preferred. The only place that does it often is Trilegal. And they have made a bike in salaries for fresher to 19.5 lakhs. But still their disputes team has hardly any big case to talk about, not good work
Hey this sucks but you have literally 0 chance! No openings for freshers
