This is completely untrue for the simple reason that the juniors at CAM Ahmedabad have landed here because they chose this location. I am someone who was an insider and I can tell you that they were all given options of which location they want to be in. They were in Ahmedabad because they chose to be here. What is true however, is that all CAM Ahmedabad resources are treated as second class resources by those sitting in Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru. What is also true is that certain A0s have been forced into teams that they did not want. What is also true is that there is no mentorship given except maybe by a few seniors. What is also true that the ▮▮▮ team headed by ▮▮▮ ▮▮▮ all they do is gossip. What is also true is that certain seniors don't work at all, all they do is ▮▮▮ ▮▮▮ and scroll reels. What is also true is that ▮▮▮ is a ▮▮▮ ▮▮▮. What is also true is that ▮▮▮ team gossips day in and day out, the only thing they are concerned with is who is dating who, acting like teenage girls I swear. What is also true is that shit load of people are leaving. What is also true that once you join the Ahmedabad office you are essentially the prisoner of ▮▮▮, she won't let you go to any other location. What is also true is that those with some power in this office including the likes of ▮▮▮ (cough ▮▮▮) speak to you like you are vermin.
The ultimate truth is that the Adanis and Shroffs in this firm think that they own the asses of those who work for the firm and they forget that outside this institution nobody gives a rat's ass about them and that competition is mushrooming everywhere in Ahmedabad and they need to buck up their game or people will keep walking out.
Utter lies. CAM pays same across locations. Due to difference in cost of living, you end up saving a lot in Noida, Ahmedabad compared to Mumbai & Bengaluru
You will be treated as a second grade resource and paid lesser than your colleagues in Mumbai and Delhi, this can eventually lead to a huge difference (upto 10 lakhs) in the pay bands and create a void
You will often work with those teams & wonder what keeps them motivated, there are multiple factors to this as well, but the most important one is clearly salaries
Eventually deal teams and other teams also treat you like a second grade resource - this behaviour is commonly felt by a number of colleagues
Best advice,serioualy- Don't join CAM Ahmedabad or any cam location.Save your career,conpetwbxe,sanity ,self esteem and lite.CAM is boy a law form (there is no law except what MP orders), its a kingdom of the Shroff family's. Cyril Shroff is not just MP,he's king and his "discussions" are insufferable.
Does CAM ahmedabad have any clients or deals,apart from Adani group as client, given how the Hidenburg report on Adani unfolded on the business group as well as share markets.I even heard.that many clients have move from CAM to other firms after this "event"
