The ultimate truth is that the Adanis and Shroffs in this firm think that they own the asses of those who work for the firm and they forget that outside this institution nobody gives a rat's ass about them and that competition is mushrooming everywhere in Ahmedabad and they need to buck up their game or people will keep walking out.
The freshers joining are also not comparable to Mumbai or Delhi office A0s...it's almost as if they choose the worst lot to populate at ahmedabad
You will often work with those teams & wonder what keeps them motivated, there are multiple factors to this as well, but the most important one is clearly salaries
Eventually deal teams and other teams also treat you like a second grade resource - this behaviour is commonly felt by a number of colleagues
