Hi all, I am a student of a T1 NLU and was looking at research centres that deal with land and real estate laws. Is The Centre for Research and Studies in Land, Mining and Real Estate Laws (β€˜CRSLMREL’), NUJS good for interning? Can someone who has interned at the centre or some Nujs student throw some light?

Please suggest any other good research centres that deal in land laws. TIA
Most of the research centers of NUJS look like a scam tbh! They hardly have the funds to operate
You don't need crores of money to do legal research. Just the right mindset and dedicated faculty and students. Which at least some of the centres have.
Can someone please suggest a few things which someone in 2nd or 3rd year can do to make a real-estate or projects heavy CV?
You can go for the Centre for Policy Research. They have a dedicated wing on land reforms etc.
