Tatvaโs current disputes team has more lawyers than the total number of lawyers in the other national law firms in Hyderabad. Tatva Hyderabad could not have grown to thrice the size of its competitor law firms if the above post is correct.
ASAIFK Tatva Hyderabad disputes team is headed by a very senior person, who used to head JSA in Hyderabad for 15 years. 3 principal associates, 3 senior associates and 6 associates. They follow a pool system. One of their principal associates moved as partner to India law Bengalooru recently.
I am told that they take a lot of steps to provide a professional work culture and that their pay is based on competence and not seniority. However, you should check these yourself.
