I have created an anonymous discord server for people joining Law Firms this year in Mumbai (Graduating batch of 2023) and looking for flats/flatmates in Mumbai in order to discuss rents, commute and generally rant about going to mumbai. Brokers are very prevalent in Mumbai and are known to quote very different prices for same projects/buildings. Lets overcome this rent disparity and information asymmetry by discussing it on the server. Who knows, maybe you can find your future flatmate from the server.
