My brother is abusing me as homu and threatens me to get out of the house.i want some legal advice to protect myself..he is giving me mental torcher and abuse my sexuality.what should I do...?

Typical Right. What will he eat and where will he sleep if he does that, did you ever think of asking those questions? In addition, if it's the family house, then why should he leave it? He's got equal right to be there as his brother.
