I have got an internship at these places for the same month. Phoenix is delhi office( Corp/M&A) while UCIL is Mumbai. However, for UCIL, the team may not be funds. I could get their TMT Team instead. What should I go for? Pls suggest, thanks!

If its not the funds team at ICUL, better to go with Phoenix for a well rounded exposure to gen corp work. Unless your interest lies in TMT, then this question would not even arise

ICUL is obviously a much better place to learn and work. Phoenix legal is not a place for you to learn as you’ll be in a general pool.
