Hey, don't go into a job with preconceived notion.s The reason to leave and move-on should be beyond how a law firm is classified by directories.
Also, the 'good firm' is not a finishing school wherein you can get trained so that you can go to another place, that way you will always keep on moving for something or the other. Needless to say, it will be unfair for that firm and they may refrain from adequately interposing faith on kids and can negatively affect the batch who joins after you leave.

It wouldn't be a problem if some of these T3 and T2 firms paid well. The pay is unrealistically low. Some people actually need to support their families you know. The salaries some of these firms pay is too low to survive alone even.
