Also, the 'good firm' is not a finishing school wherein you can get trained so that you can go to another place, that way you will always keep on moving for something or the other. Needless to say, it will be unfair for that firm and they may refrain from adequately interposing faith on kids and can negatively affect the batch who joins after you leave.
