The Indian legal industry could potentially serve as a goldmine that has only been exploited by the locals, the entry of foreign firms would disrupt the entire market if they offer monetary compensations of even half the hours billed by lawyers, in contrast to a ridiculously high margin cut in lala firms.
There is also a massive potential for the UK lawfirms hiring Indian graduates at staggering costs, they would save a fortune if they could outsource their work to a branch that bills at 5 times cheaper rate.
Apart from a few equity individuals there is an incentive for the whole economy, I wonder how long does it take to finally liberalise the market.
