They floated a recent advertisement on linked in saying they pay SA/PA with 5 to 8 years of exp a compensation ranging from 35L to 65L per annum

Compensation figures for this year at Ikigai:
PA2 - Fixed 3.2L-3.6L, Bonus 20L
PA1 - Fixed 2.9L, Bonus 15.5L
SA2 - Fixed 2.4L, Bonus 13L
SA1 - Fixed 2.05L, Bonus 11L
A4 - Fixed 1.6L, Bonus 5L
A3 - Fixed 1.3L, Bonus 3L
A2 - Fixed 90k, Bonus 2L
A1 - Fixed 70k, Bonus 1.6L

60L for a PA at non-T1 sounds a bit much.

spoke to someone who works there and told that the figures here are correct. and SA, PA bonus were in this range last year also.

The salary figures are per month.. bonus is paid per year.
