Jeez you kids really need to wake up and smell the coffee. Want all the glory but none of the pain.
Would it be possible to keep a link to two databases - one for advice for 1/2nd years, and another for 3rd, 4th, 5th years. That would greatly help reduce the number of repetitive questions being started as separate questions.
