September 20-October 10 : Voluntary return to office (people are "encouraged" to return and partners need to set benchmarks) [Benchmarks of a grand return apparently, LOL]
October 11-November 30: Everybody to go to office for a minimum of 2 days every week.
Post November 30: A "systematic" return to office for everybody for 3 days a week or whatever. Basically, from December 1, a full fledged office return.
CAM/AZB/DSK are opening one month before Diwali. These guys want you to come in October, get into jhamela of finding accomodation only to leave after Diwali. Can't wait for one more month to assess situation. What if somebody gets breakthrough infection? What will they do- close offices again?
NOVEMBER 8 is a BAD BAD date. Numerologically speaking - bad decisions start on this date. :D
Trilegal should reconsider the date. At least Nov 15 so that two months notice is given to associates and they pay half month rent rather than full month / move over Diwali.
Let's please all send emails individually to the HR. We aren't CAM/AZB. If the firm truly believes what it says, they will have no problem postponing to December or better January.
I do not agree with the campus reopening under these conditions. But if it is opened, then no reason why it cannot be done before Diwali. You are supposed to get the day off, not the week. Do some work once in a while, otherwise those stud faculty will soon get disheartened and leave for greener pastures.
I'm not sure if the senior management or the HR will read this but please please postpone the deadline by a month given that it's a Diwali Weekend. It's impossible to move mid-month because no one will rent you you house like that. Therefore, a lot of associates will at least try to look forward to the new experience if it's the first week of December. Honestly, a little better planning is not too much to ask of Tri.

Expected better from Trilegal, now the amount of time in getting ready, being in traffic, office coffee breaks etc. will surely reduce productivity and increase living costs due to high petrol/Uber, rent of being in tier 1 cities … silly stuff - they just want to show off their swank gurgaon and bangalore offices … what a waste of time, effort and money
