Lol. Sudhir has put offline exams during the festival and a fatwa is issued to be on campus making it mandatory for all to be on campus. Exams start November 2. Diwali on November 4. Sudhir fanboys, have any comments on this?
I do not agree with the campus reopening under these conditions. But if it is opened, then no reason why it cannot be done before Diwali. You are supposed to get the day off, not the week. Do some work once in a while, otherwise those stud faculty will soon get disheartened and leave for greener pastures.
Charandeep Kosturi and Delano need to check the calendar. Insisting on opening office to show swanky offices in Gurgaon and Bangalore and risking lives. Which half way intelligent person would open office right after the festive period. Oh wait Try legal. Soon to be Bye Legal.
CAM/AZB/DSK are opening one month before Diwali. These guys want you to come in October, get into jhamela of finding accomodation only to leave after Diwali. Can't wait for one more month to assess situation. What if somebody gets breakthrough infection? What will they do- close offices again?
I'm not sure if the senior management or the HR will read this but please please postpone the deadline by a month given that it's a Diwali Weekend. It's impossible to move mid-month because no one will rent you you house like that. Therefore, a lot of associates will at least try to look forward to the new experience if it's the first week of December. Honestly, a little better planning is not too much to ask of Tri.
Let's please all send emails individually to the HR. We aren't CAM/AZB. If the firm truly believes what it says, they will have no problem postponing to December or better January.

October 11-November 30: Everybody to go to office for a minimum of 2 days every week.
Post November 30: A "systematic" return to office for everybody for 3 days a week or whatever. Basically, from December 1, a full fledged office return.
