Chill bro, you don't need to feel sorry NUJS. Just cause one of the alumni is celebrating doesn't mean NUJS students or other alumni are celebrating. I didn't see any NUJS student celebrating.

You don't discredit the QS rankings or other world rankings just cause some of the Indian university did not participate. Similarly not all law schools participate in NIRF, that doesn't mean NIRF rankings should be discredited. (Not saying that NIRF ranking is correct and has no issues but still it more or less gives an idea about top 10-20 university in the country not necessarily in correct order)

Congress spokesman and NUJS alum Jaiveer Shergill is boasting about NUJS getting 2nd rank in the ranking on Twitter. 🙄 I don't want to make it political, but this is another example of the kind of misleading information Congress spokesmen are tweeting day and night. This ranking did NOT consider NALSAR, NLUD and NLUJ, all of which are ahead of NUJS in NIRF. How can NUJS alumni take credit for this?? 😡

NLSIU #1 yet again. NUJS #2 and NLIU #3. However, NALSAR, NLUD, NLUJ and JGLS did not participate, so this ranking is not reliable unlike NIRF, where everyone participates.

Moreover, NUJS reduced its fee structure by 30 per cent, keeping in mind the difficult pandemic situation.”
