So I recently interviewed with Mr Nitin Wadhwa for an associate position at Wadhwa Law Offices (WLO). Does anyone have any idea about the work culture, pay, and kind of work they do?
Used to work with him at Pathak. He's a great mentor and a great guy. Deepayan is also a hardworking and fantastic lawyer. Go for it
Nitin is a great guy and a fantastic mentor.
Agree - Having worked with him at P&A, I can vouch for that fact that Nitin is a sound commercial lawyer and is a patient listener. Also, his negotiation skills are quite brilliant. One can learn a lot from him, especially early on in one's career.
Can you please give some insights about the disputes team? What can i expect in my interview?
does anyone have the office's phone number?
I am looking for an assessment internship with the Bangalore office, what should I expect?
Did you end up taking a role there? Why are so many people leaving, and everyone that leaves them seem to have been a bad hire?
Mostly disagreements with senior management. Pay is decent but otherwise can be tough.
The level of censorship on this page shows the mentality of the management of the firm. Any post which is critical of the firm is contested and taken down. Ridiculous. Better conduct your own diligence offline. ▮▮▮
Ok place. Work is great for an intern. Management looks like it is toxic, but one of the SAs in the Bangalore office is great. Very helpful guy. Always smiling and laughing and is actually interested in teaching you work. Worth interning there only for him.
Has to be ▮▮▮. No One laughs and smiles like he does
It's an ok place, not as much work as you would hope. Partners lack tact and social graces, and teams are not very welcoming. Had worked for a very brief stint (6 months-ish).
The firm has entirely discontinued both work from home and hybrid options, effectively removing the last remaining incentive for joining.
Can someone share an insight on number of Partners in this firm?
[Moderator note: this has been reported as false and contested]

Legally and structurally, it’s a ▮▮▮
GST number of Wadhwa Law Offices is ▮▮▮. Wadhwa Law Offices is registered as a Proprietorship.
Thank you! As mentioned earlier (and previously dismissed without proper diligence), it is a sole proprietorship firm. ▮▮▮
Please conduct your due diligence offline also. Do not rely completely on comments here. Its not at all as rosy as depicted here.

I would repeat all of that myself too. Some frustrated ones have left across experience levels, and some leaving is just a matter of time.
Okay place to learn up to senior associate levels. Pay is decent, work ranges from decent - good. Beyond that you are stagnated,. ▮▮▮▮▮▮ agree that bangalore is better than Delhi. ▮▮▮
Missing an important part of the management who rules above all.
Do you think you'd be able to elaborate a bit more please?

Always. Say YES to the unsolicited coffees.
Oh, saying no? Yeah, that's cute, like that's actually allowed. Doesn’t matter if it’s work or coffee, it’s yes every time, no exceptions.
