It won't be. There are plenty of able replacements that will easily fill any actual / perceived gap. CAM is an institution.
It will never suffer on account of any one individual leaving.

Where is Arjun Lall?

Arjun Lall was a star partner at CAM (Bangalore) and was the South India head 2016 onwards (ref: https://www.legallyindia.com/law-firms/arjun-lall-promoted-to-cyril-amarchand-south-india-head-20160526-7643).

However, he is no longer listed as a Partner on their website and Rashmi Pradeep has now been listed as the new South India head (ref: https://www.cyrilshroff.com/people/rashmi-pradeep/).

Where is Arjun Lall? Has he left CAM? Is he doing something non-law? Why hasn't CAM publicly revealed this?

If he has left, it's a huge loss for CAM and I wonder if that is why there has been no official statement regarding this.
