However, he is no longer listed as a Partner on their website and Rashmi Pradeep has now been listed as the new South India head (ref: https://www.cyrilshroff.com/people/rashmi-pradeep/).

Where is Arjun Lall? Has he left CAM? Is he doing something non-law? Why hasn't CAM publicly revealed this?

If he has left, it's a huge loss for CAM and I wonder if that is why there has been no official statement regarding this.

We understand that he's currently on a sabbatical but is expected to return.

On a similar note, we understand that funds partner Shagoofa Khan is also currently on a sabbatical.

It won't be. There are plenty of able replacements that will easily fill any actual / perceived gap. CAM is an institution.
It will never suffer on account of any one individual leaving.
