In Delhi chambers are clearly aligned to one or other political party. In Bombay, firms are not openly politically aligned except Parinam.

Sarkar hai pro-investment by local lalas - Adani and Ambani (just like Congress was forever). The local lalas then provide kickbacks. Simple game hai bhai.
#3 did not say that the policies were pro-poor, or pro-economic sense for a country with large poverty related issues. He said the government was pro-investment and that is where big-law's interest stands.
