Great Salary Scale. But nobody is going to get anything close to this.
They do pay the salary scale which has been mentioned to most associates and are open to discussion on salary, unlike a lot of other firms. Even if you don't end up getting 100% bonus, you end up earning more than most other places and the top performers at the firm do get paid the high numbers which has been mentioned in their compensation scale.
This "gimmick" is a lot better more ethical and progressive than the culture and opaque compensation structure of the lala ki dukaan that you work at
▮▮▮ they pay out only 50% of the bonus in June and the other 50% in October and these numbers also not as much as shown

Truly a visionary first
Trilegal and SRL have been the really disruptors in the past few years, hope some of this rubs off on boutique firms and chambers as well
