They do pay the salary scale which has been mentioned to most associates and are open to discussion on salary, unlike a lot of other firms. Even if you don't end up getting 100% bonus, you end up earning more than most other places and the top performers at the firm do get paid the high numbers which has been mentioned in their compensation scale.

The highest salary (with a higher-end bonus) is still under ₹1 cr. In real terms, this would be around ₹75 lacs.
