J Sagar Associates (JSA) advised Chennai-based industrial salt producer Archean Salt Holdings in borrowing Rs 135 crore ($22m) from Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR), which was advised by Luthra & Luthra.
JSA Chennai partner Aarthi Sivanandh and senior associates Tamara Devanandan and Bhavana Elizabeth Alexander acted for Archean.
Luthra Mumbai partner Bikash Jhawar and senior associate Pulkit Sharma acted for old client KKR. KKR has also used AZB & Partners in the past.
