Keep following up with HR. I have seen it happen in less than a week. It solely depends on their interview schedule since they interview students in batches. Less than a month for sure.

reply Check with HR, partners don't usually know at the outset. HR should ideally call you within 48 hours and give you a verbal confirmation if you have the PPO, although it is not necessary.
