I am thinking of learning about Mergers and Acquisition/ Due diligence processes. But I don't want to pay money for blah-blah courses on M&A etc. Is here any good book or free source on the internet where I can gain in-depth knowledge about the same?
P.S My reason for asking this question is that I want to work in tier-1 law firms in M&A team.
