My biggest worry right now is the actual return on investment (ROI). I have researched a lot online and watched videos about the legal job market. The general view is that getting a decent-paying job at a corporate law firm is very difficult after a 3-year LLB from DU or private colleges. Most top firms seem to prefer 5-year NLU graduates. Is it even possible to get a decent-paying job after doing a 3-year LLB from DU or a private college?Because of this doubt, I am wondering if it is safer to drop law entirely and go all-out for government exams using my B.Sc. degree right now. I do not want to spend a lot of time and money on a private law degree if it will not lead to a good Or decent corporate job. What is the actual ground reality for placements for 3-year LLB graduates from DU or top private colleges? Can internships really bridge this gap, or is the corporate path mostly closed for us?
