Having seen various advocates make it as a law student, I will tell you that law firm litigation is nothing and adds nothing to court advocacy. You must start as a novice or beginner in the profession under a senior for several years before you get your own clients. Asking for referrals does not help unless you have very strong relationships with such advocates, or they will refer you all the wrong (stingy or no pay, uncooperative, corrupt, abusive, cunning, double gamer) clients.

A blog should take you 3-4 weeks of consistent work for it to add any value. 3 days to arrive at a specific topic. 2 days to strategise the structure and introduction. 1 week only for research and the rest for content and checks. Increase this by a week per stage for journals.
What's with the constant bashing of the "small platform"? I understand they aren't big power deals like Zia or the Shroffs and not absolute tier 1s, they are doing decent and at least treating their associates well. Toxicity aside, even a promise of 18-19 LPA with clarity on bonuses based on transparent performance points makes it absolutely attractive and generous, to say the least. Not to forget they don't just hire based on ranks, but also analyse other factors even in Day 0s, and discourage references, and a whooping 16k a month stipend to its interns.
Everyone does. Clients want top tier to negotiate Pay which brings in more complex work. which needs more associates thereby increased hiring, thereby increased intern PPO intake, thereby increased intern intake with stipend and easier call backs, thereby more attractive to students, working professionals, Placecoms and everyone.
