There is very less consolidated material on law of remedies in India, while similar academic material can be found in other comparable jurisdictions.
There are some law colleges which have formulated courses on this. It would be great if you could the course outlines, materials, etc.
Alternatively, it would be great if people who have read on this subject could list things to cover and guidance on how to start.
