Somebody who questions the sovereignty of India/J&K has been nominated by ED, JGLS to advise the Indian parliament/JPC on a bill concerning J&K.
The old adage, "advice is like an a**hole, everyone has one", is good to remember here. JPC can review his submission and form their own opinions.
The article is actually quite level-headed. And it is entirely relevant to scrutinise the credentials of someone who is on record disagreeing with Indian sovereignty.
Trying to picture DJ reading the article. 🀭
Every Indian citizen has the right to respond to a Parliamentary process. Parliament equally has the right to reject his opinion if they deem it unsuitable. Not sure what the issue is here. It is not as if he is forcing the Committee to follow his advice only.
