we as an ibc team just not do only IBC and related stuff (some lit , some procedural).
but many of it comes from either other teams
IBC as a practice is good but not suggested to make a carrer just soley based on this trust me
as far as lucrative part is concerned you will see what all those shing things things has been shown that RP this IRP that is all bshit.
for earning 10 s you have to literally giving work or time for 100 hours as its too procedural and lit side used to be good earlier but now its just stagnant ( vohi same repeated orders)
