The only thing making me hesitate is that the partner has decent goodwill, so I wonder if staying 6-12 months could be valuable although the thought of it makes me wanna cry, no ones toxic but I'm just done. Please lmk if anyone else also experienced this, it sounds dumb but it's been pretty problematic for me. The founder was a partner at a good sized firm before starting this but it feels like its a sole proprietorship rather than a law firm given the micromanagement and how ppl act
Also how can I switch asap, lateral hire or something to a better place? I cannot find any opening in that area of commercial disputes. this place is lowest ive been compared to my internships
