Also, SAM, CAM and S&R are broadly at par in terms of compensation and international opportunities. The primary difference lies in the nature of the mandates. At CAM and SAM, you are likely to get more exposure to company counsel work, in that order.
CAM has a team of over 100 lawyers, which naturally allows for somewhat more breathing room compared to some other capital markets teams. That said, you will be working under significant pressure at all three firms. Choose wisely.
